THE MAIN HOUSE

is designed for relaxation and conviviality where all the senses and sensibilities are inspired, from the iconic Australian artworks, to the elegant table settings and stunning views.

Guests are invited to help themselves from the fully stocked bar and relax before dinner while taking in the stunning views. Guests may dine in the elegant atrium dining room, or elect an intimate corner in the wine cellar or a casual pizza al fresco from the Stefano Ferrara wood fired pizza oven from Naples .

An extensive range of premium wines; beers and spirits are on offer with each meal selected by Sommelier Adam Lambeth to compliment the daily menu.

For those looking further, the wine cellar curated by proprietor Brian Barry and Sommelier Adam Lambeth is stocked with rare old and new world wines.

Bay View Pavilion

Set high up on top of the main residence, this pavilion is in the penthouse position. This luxurious one bedroom pavilion is complete with a king size bed and stunning views into the treetops and down to the bay, from your private balcony complete with double day bed. There is a large walk through robe and luxurious travertine bathroom complete with large copper bath & heated flooring.  

Hideaway Pavillion

Boasting a larger and more spacious split level living space, this one bedroom romantic hideaway boasts luxurious surroundings complete with a king size bed and a wood burning fireplace, a private outdoor deck, double day bed, heated plunge pool, cast iron slipper bath, heated flooring & twin shower.
